1 · Review

We review your request personally.

You usually hear from us within two working days. No start date is set before this review.

2 · Call

If it is a fit, you book a call.

Mr MDLZ emails you a booking link. The call is 30 to 45 minutes with a Medialize expert: we get to know you and show how the team works.

3 · Offer

Your official offer arrives by email.

With a subscribe button and the app download. You decide in your own time.

4 · Material

Your folder opens.

Share your photos, videos and brand files. We review them and give recommendations. If they are ready, work starts right away. If not, we propose a shoot and add it to your offer straight away.

One plan a month, approved once by you. Work follows the plan.
Approvals keep the schedule. Please approve within two working days, or the item moves to the next free slot.
Revisions: when you give a brief, the work follows that brief. One revision can be granted by Medialize if it is needed. Changes beyond the brief are a new request and use credits.
Extras use credits, and you approve them before anything starts. Ad spend is billed separately.
You own the work once the month it was made in is paid.
