Your data, in plain words.
Medialize is a trading name of CANIT CONSULTANTS LTD, Alekou Konstantinou 35, Cyprus, VAT CY10421653H. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: info@medialize.io.
What we collect
- When you send a request: your brand name, location, links, what you sell, your main concern and goal, your name, role, email, phone if you give it, preferred language and contact method, the services you are interested in and your budget range.
- When you are a client: the contacts on your account, the material you upload, your approvals and messages, and your invoices and payment records.
- When you visit the website: we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps small preferences on your device, such as the plan you picked. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
Why we use it
- To review your request, reply and prepare an offer, at your request before any contract.
- To deliver the work in your plan and run your account, under our agreement with you.
- To send invoices and keep the records Cyprus law requires.
- To keep the service safe and improve it, as a legitimate interest that respects your rights.
We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- The Medialize team and the specialists working on your account, all bound by confidentiality.
- The providers we use to run the business, such as email, hosting, file storage, accounting and payments, under data processing terms.
- Meta, Google and other platforms, only when we run campaigns or publish for you on your instruction.
- Public authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become clients are kept only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as our agreement runs, and afterwards for as long as Cyprus tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Email info@medialize.io and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.
Changes
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects you as a client, we tell you before it applies.
