How working with us works.

These terms cover the website and how our plans work. When you become a client, your offer and Working Agreement set out the details for your account, and they take priority over this page.

Requests and offers

• Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything.
• We review every request personally and reply within two working days. We may decline a request that is not a fit.
• No start date is set until we have reviewed your request and you have accepted an offer.

Plans and credits

• Each plan includes a fixed number of credits every month. A credit is a unit of work, and the price of each type of work is shown in your portal and app.
• Credits are charged when you approve the work, not before.
• Up to 25% of your plan's spare credits roll into the next month and are used first.
• Extra credits are available at your plan's rate. We confirm them before they are added to your invoice.
• Anything priced over 30 credits is confirmed with you before work starts.

Term, changes and payment

• Plans run for 6, 12 or 24 months. Longer terms cost less.
• You can move to another plan from the start of any month. Your lead confirms the change.
• Invoices are issued monthly in euro. Prices exclude VAT.
• Ad spend is billed separately, at cost, and never marked up.

Briefs and revisions

• When Medialize writes the brief, two change rounds are included.
• When you give a clear brief with the important details, one change round is included.
• When a brief is missing key details, we work from our best judgment, and any change is a new request, priced first.
• Changes beyond the brief are a new request and use credits.

Timing

• Every request is reviewed, approved, made and checked before delivery. We do not take same-day requests.
• Urgent requests are accepted Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:00 Cyprus time, and cost 50% more credits. Your lead confirms them within 2 working hours. If the team cannot take them, they keep normal timing and no urgent fee is charged.
• Print work (flyers, banners, roll-ups, billboards, packaging) starts only with the exact dimensions. Packaging also needs the printer's dieline.
• The app shows the earliest go-live for each type of work, counted in working days from your approval.

How we communicate

• Communication runs through the Medialize app, with your project lead as your main contact.
• Growth and Scale plans include one 30-minute video call a month with your project lead.
• An extra call is for real emergencies only, costs 30 credits, and is charged only once your lead confirms it.
• Email to your project lead is for rare cases.

Medialize Talent

• Verified creatives can be booked from the app. The talent sets a day rate; the client sees it in credits.
• A booking is confirmed when the talent accepts, within one working day. Credits are charged on acceptance and can be cancelled free before it.
• All work goes through Medialize quality check before delivery. Client contacts, prices and credits stay with Medialize.
• Medialize keeps 5% of each booking. The talent receives 95%, paid on the 5th of the following month for work that passed quality check, against an invoice sent by the 3rd.
• Ratings come from clients after delivery; quality pass and on-time rates come from Medialize.

Screens (coming soon)

• Screens is announced as coming soon. Joining the waitlist creates no booking and no charge.
• When it opens, slots will be booked and paid in credits or by card, with the price shown before you confirm, and every creative will pass Medialize quality check for the screen format.

Ownership

You own the final work once the month it was made in is paid.

What we ask of you

• One person who decides, and an answer by the reply-by time shown on each piece (usually two working days, always before it goes live). If there is no answer by then, Medialize approves the piece, schedules it and charges its credits, so the plan stays on time. The first missed reply-by time in a plan is handled with a call from your lead before anything moves. Pieces over 30 credits, or made from a brief that was missing key details, are never approved without you.
• Accurate information, and the rights to any material you give us.
• Access to the pages and accounts we manage for you.

Results

We work hard to grow your brand and we report every result honestly. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific numbers.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus are competent for any dispute.
